The Central Bank of Vietnam said on Mondaythat will extend to 3-trillion dong ($ 144 million) financing to farmers so that they renew crops between 2013 and 2015. The funding will be for producers of Lam Dong province in the central highlands of the country. With the funds, producers will replace coffee trees on about 23 hectares, said the central bank in a statement. In total, funding for renovation of coffee plantations must be between 8-trillion and 10-trillion dong (between $ 380 million and $ 475 million).
