According to a scientific review conducted by a group of North American researchers, published in Circulation Heart Failure - Journal of the American, in a press release, it is possible to conclude that moderate coffee consumption reduces the risk of heart failure, and the best results arise associated with the consumption of four cups of coffee per day. The meta-analysis included 6,522 cases of heart failure and 140,220 participants. These findings have demonstrated the benefits of coffee in the fight against cardiovascular disease.
