From 12 to 14 September in Moscow Expocenter, will hold up to 6. Edition of United Coffee & Tea Industry in 2013, considered the premier event for the coffee and tea markets in Russia and former Soviet republics.
Among the highlights of this event will integrate the traditional Moscow International Coffee Forum (MICF) and Moscow International Tea Symposium (MITS).
In a large presentation area will be present manufacturers and suppliers of raw coffee and tea, manufacturers of all types of equipment, packaging, ingredients and various accessories.
Among the activities that will be organized parallel, are also included: professional educational seminars for representatives, distributors, Horeca segment, a large number of free programs and educational tastings for everyone, including amateurs, competitions and championships between market participants.
Missing about three months to the beginning, the organization has released the conference program, which will focus on composition and chemical raw material, but also on business options offered by the market of the capsules.
The speaker panel will bring together leading figures: David Chanturiya, Professor of International Tea House, Michael Wenzel, head of the department of quality Bernhard Rothfos; Alexey Andreev, General Director of Depot WPF, Joseph A. Rivera, scientist Coffee Scientist; Sherri Johns, director of marketing for Alliance for Coffee Excellence, among others.
The program begins with a interactive activity designed to distinguish the flavours and nuances of coffee according to their processing. On tasting, will prove different varieties depending on the various treatments offered to coffee throughout the process, according to the country of origin.
In the second session, the focus will be on the importance of chemistry in both coffee and tea. In it, many professionals will analyse the differences and similarities between the techniques and resources used in the extraction and processing of raw materials. In addition, there will be a debate, which will discuss how these variables influence the quality, composition, flavour and biological tea and coffee.
The first day of the event will close with the approach of the prospects of business that the market offers the capsules in a country like Russia, where the business has a lot to walk. Though it is an industry that is experiencing rapid growth, has not become widespread throughout the territory. This conference will address the possibilities of growth, the advantages and disadvantages of having this system and the technological advances made in this field.
On the second day of the event, one of the highlights will be the deepening of identification of quality products. Explained the factors to be taken into account to understand how the source affects the flavour and acidity, but also the role they fulfil sweeteners, proteins and lipids in quality.
For this event, the organization expects to receive more than 2500 professionals working in all segments of markets coffee and tea in Russia.
