The consumption of up to four cups of coffee a day can reduce the risk of diabetes type 2 by 25%, according to a study by the Institute for Scientific Information on Coffee (ISIC) in Switzerland, published last Thursday.
Research indicates that the risk of suffering from diabetes type 2 drops 25% when there is an intake of up to four cups of coffee per day, with the danger of developing the disease can decrease from 7% to 8% with each additional cup.
