Research indicates that the risk of suffering from diabetes type 2 drops 25% when there is an intake of up to four cups of coffee per day, with the danger of developing the disease can decrease from 7% to 8% with each additional cup.
The study of ISIC, part of the annual report of the Swiss Institute, also shows that coffee does not increase the chances of cancer development and hypertension or the occurrence of strokes.
