Segafredo Zanetti France wins Barista Competition

After a third place in 2011 and second in 2012, Luca Casadei, former baristas at Segafredo Zanetti France has won the 'Best Barista of France 2013'.
This title, Luca attributes her passion for coffee, talent and support the team of experts at Segafredo, allow you to participate in the next International Baristas Championship, to be held in the month of May in Melbourne (Australia), where compete with the best in the trade.
It was noted that during SIHRA, addressed to the international exhibition and catering, which was held last January in the French city of Lyon, the SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe ) France organized coffee championship of France.
This competition included four categories, including the Best Barista. During a test of 15 minutes, 4 espressos, 4 cappuccinos and 4 creations of coffee-based beverages were subject to review by seven judges (national and international) and Luca assumed leadership for their professionalism, technique and passion for coffee.
