Lasting for three days, this event, intended for industries of tea and coffee, had the vast presence of exhibitors from various countries.
Under the organization of Sentinel Asia Exhibitions Pvt Ltd., this event emphasized the tremendous growth potential that the hot drinks sector has not only in India but also around the world. To improve understanding of this reality, it is worth mentioning that, internationally, the market for tea and coffee RTD (Ready to Drink) should raise, in terms of revenue, US$ 125 billion (about 93,64 billion euros) by 2017.
Since this is the only show of its kind held in India, represented an excellent opportunity for professionals in these sectors to make themselves known to the public, promote their business expansion into new markets and discover new business opportunities. Thus, alongside greater exposure and visibility, found new customers, buyers, business partners and new ways to profit in these dynamic sectors.

Confirming its importance, the World Tea & Coffee Expo 2013 was attended and sponsored by important bodies involved in this industry, as in the case of Tea Board of India, Federation of Indian Tea Traders Association (FAITTA), Bombay Tea Traders Association ( BTTA), India-China Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Small and Medium Business Development Chamber of India, Confederation of Indian Small Tea Growers Assoc. (Cist) and Darjeeling Tea Association.
Priti Kapadia, the direction of the organizer, had already said: "Among the most popular beverages in the world, the tea and coffee sectors employ several millions of employees around the world, whether in planting activities as well as activities indirect and allies. Growing awareness among consumers of the health risks of soft drinks is causing a shift to the RTD tea and coffee. Another important factor is the increased health awareness in the population, which prefers the antioxidant properties of tea RTD energy or instant coffee."
