September 5 to 7 will run the Nordic Barista Cup in Oslo (Norway), an event that will bring together numerous professionals of the coffee sector.
With three days duration, the event features a packed program of technical insights, contests, scientific information, coupled with the combination of theory and practice.
In a deeply enjoyable and relaxed environment, all participants can share experiences and have fun.
The country producer of this 2013 edition will be Brazil, whose coffee culture will be presented with interventions of those who live the reality of this essential product for the country's economy and the entire coffee chain, which produces about 25 million bags per year .
Five teams will compete, from Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Iceland, challenged the show to know in depth the craft and the product as well as the various extraction methods and rules of good service.
To this heading several moments of discussion will join. On the first day, the focus will be on sustainability, the second on the science related to coffee and the third will be the service to be in evidence.
