The recovery program of the coffee crop in Kwanza-South has the collaboration of the United Nations Program for Development (UNDP), developed under the project "Support to the relaunch of coffee production and agro business." The revelation was made by the head of the provincial department of the National Coffee Institute (INCA) in Kwanza-South, who stressed that the project, which began in November with six thousand farmers from Amboim, Qulienda Cassongue, has a run of 60 570 million kwanzas.
Of that amount, the Executive, through the INCA, from the UNDP and the remainder assigns 50 million. The project, with duration of one year, was created to support the production of coffee and improve agribusiness farms and family associations and cooperatives of farmers.
Other objectives of the project to support the relaunch of coffee production and agro business is to improve the quality of production, promote the city of the Arabian Cassongue and create bases for certification Amboim international coffee brand as Angola, to be the most promising crop.
