Event unites two worlds

It opened today in Milan, 'The Coffee Art Project' art competition born in London, which combines art and coffee. 200 representatives from all forms of artistic expression (painting, sculpture, photography, illustration, film, video) participate in this event. Each job in the competition must be accompanied by a brief description.
At the heart of this project is the coffee, the product that should inspire worked presented, valuing all those who daily live in the world of coffee and cafeteria.
After the great success in London, the organization decided to hold this competition in Milan, one of Italy's most iconic cities in the field of contemporary art.
On-going since the 8th of October, this event will run until the 16th. A special committee that will decide the winner of the competition will evaluate the works. These are the four key criteria that will determine their choice: creativity, impact, relevance to the theme and spirit of humanity.
The first classified will receive a cash prize of 1,000 euros. The three following classified receive 200 euros each. In addition, the top 20 will be presented at The Coffee Art Project London, 20 to 30 March 2014.
The Coffee Art Project shows how the coffee culture continues to be a source of inspiration for young artists.
